Seek Band

I made another seek ring thing. I'm calling it a band, you can put it on your leg, your arm, your finger, your neck, wherever you want it! If you need to re-scale it, be very mindful of also rescaling the particle system! You'll need to do it manually, just change the particles starting size, starting speed, and emission radius.
